Your Trusted Fulfillment and Shipping Provider

At Mash Networks, we take pride in being your trusted provider for the fulfillment and shipping of your orders. Once you complete your purchase, please check your email (and spam folder) for a confirmation from us.

Mash Networks Shipping Policy

  • Estimated Delivery: Expect your alcohol orders to be delivered within 3 to 15 business days.

  • Order Fulfillment: We aim to fulfill and dispatch orders within 2 to 5 business days from the order placement, barring any special circumstances.

Delivery and Shipping Guidelines

  • Age Verification Requirement: To comply with legal requirements, a person aged 21 or older must be present to sign for alcohol deliveries. To ensure responsible delivery, we cannot leave alcohol orders unattended.

  • No Deliveries to PO Boxes: We are unable to ship to PO box addresses. Should an order be placed with a PO box address, we will reach out to you for an alternate shipping address.

  • Carrier Restrictions: Please note that we cannot ship to FedEx or Walgreens locations, as they do not accept packages from local carriers.

Mash Networks Shipping Policy

  • Three-Attempt Policy: Our delivery process includes up to three attempts. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our facility.

  • Return and Additional Charges: Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for orders returned after three delivery attempts. A $20 charge is applied for all returned packages, with an additional $20 for any redelivery attempts.

  • Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders: While we don't refund for delivery issues, we do provide refunds or replacements for any products that are damaged or below satisfaction.

International Shipping and Post-Shipment Cancellations

  • No International Shipping: Currently, we only offer domestic shipping and cannot accommodate international orders.

  • Cancellation After Shipment: If you need to cancel an order after shipment, please reject the delivery. The package will return to us, and a refund will be processed upon its return.

  • Handling Shipping Issues: For any issues post-shipment, such as delivery problems or tracking concerns, please coordinate directly with the carrier. If you need help finding your tracking number, reach out to our support team at [email protected].
